Yes, IMAP is included in all hosting and email packages and is automatically enabled. If you want to enable or disable IMAP for all your mailboxes collectively, go to my.world4you.com and navigate to Package > Email & Exchange > Settings. There you can check the status and activate or deactivate IMAP.
Where and how can I create a new email address or an alias?
You can create a new email address or alias on my.world4you.com under Package > Email and Exchange . Click on "Create New Mailbox" on the right side. In the next step, you can choose whether you want to create an alias forwarding or a standard mailbox. Alternatively, you can also choose to purchase an Microsoft Exchange mailbox. Then you can enter the desired information for your new email address, save it, and create the new address.
What is the difference between a mailbox and Microsoft Hosted Exchange?
The feature set of Microsoft Hosted Exchange is greater than that of a mailbox and is primarily aimed at businesses and professionals. With Microsoft Hosted Exchange, you get several advantages compared to a conventional mailbox. You can activate push notifications, manage contacts and calendars, synchronize them, and share them with all your created Exchange users across different devices and browsers.

To expand your entire email storage, go to the customer area at my.world4you.com and select Package > Email & Exchange > Email Storage Expansion. Choose the desired email storage and confirm by clicking "Upgrade Now".
