Before you begin with the data export, we strongly recommend that you check the import capabilities of your future provider. world4you cannot guarantee a successful import to a third-party provider, so this step is crucial for a smooth porting process.

You can export the data from your world4you hosting products yourself at any time. You can find extensive step-by-step instructions directly on this page. Our open and simple infrastructure allows you to carry out the process independently.
3. Support and advice
Our customer service will be happy to assist you with general questions. Should you intend to terminate your contract, it is important that you contact us. Please always inform us of your wish to export and continue using your data.
