Can I transfer my existing webspace to a new domain?
Yes, you can perform a transfer at any time. There is a one-time fee of 9 euros for this service.
If you want to proceed with the transfer, order the new domain as a "DomainOnly" on my.world4you.com under Shop > Domains. After that, the transfer can be performed under Package > Domains > Domain Exchange.
Please note that there may be a downtime of up to 12 hours for your website after the domain transfer for newly registered domains. Afterward, your website will be accessible under the new domain as usual.

Can I access my webspace via SSH?
Yes, that is possible with our vServer products. Direct SSH access (e.g., via Putty) can be performed.
Can I install Teamspeak on my webspace?
No, unfortunately installing Teamspeak is not possible with our web hosting products.
How can I create a backup of my MySQL database?
Go to the customer area at my.world4you.com and go to Package > Webspace > Databases. Select the database you want to back up and click on the login icon. It will then invoke phpMyAdmin.
Follow these steps to export the database:

- Click the "Export" item directly on the start page. Select the database you want to export, so that it is highlighted in blue.
- Then choose your export method. Fast means that all tables will be saved. Custom means that individual tables can be selected or deselected for backup.
- After that, you have to choose an export format. We recommend SQL.
- Click OK and the .sql file will be directly available for download.
Where can I see how much space is free in my package?
You can always find your current webspace quota on my.world4you.com under Package > Webspace.
